Technicians do not monitor ExpertConnect support queues, ExpertConnect is not integrated with our ticketing system so clicking on a name alone will not notify us of your issue. Before clicking a Technicians name, please call 325-223-6100 or email tickets@caltech.com to open a ticket. A Technician will then give you instructions with how to proceed.
